As a (Senior) GTM-Engineer (m/w/d), you build and scale our modern B2B GTM engine. You wire together data, signals, automation and AI so GTM processes become scalable systems that move pipeline and revenue directly.

* Signals to triggers: spot Buying Signals and convert them into automated GTM actions * Enrichment and scoring: enrich account and contact data automatically, rate ICP Fit and Intent * Personalized Campaigns: automate deeply personalized outbound campaigns driven by data and signals * Lead Routing: prioritize and route leads and accounts intelligently based on fit, intent and engagement * CRM automation: build workflows and data flows between the CRM and our GTM stack * GTM Infrastructure: develop and scale automations with Clay, n8n, APIs and webhooks * Ship experiments fast, measure them, and turn what works into repeatable process

Your Background

* You have already built comparable GTM infrastructure yourself * Several years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps or a similar B2B setting * Strong hands-on experience with Clay, n8n and current GTM tooling * Technical grasp of APIs, webhooks, data structures and CRM systems * Experience across enrichment, scoring, routing and automated campaigns * Sharp commercial thinking: you optimize for pipeline, conversion and revenue, not for "more automation" * Very good German and English
