What they are looking for: - At least 7 years of experience in software delivery, with 3 years as a Solution Architect or senior backend/technical lead - At least 5 years of hands-on production code experience in Python, Java, or Kotlin - Experience with AWS or Azure - Proficiency in API design, event-driven architecture, and microservices - Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases - Ability to interpret API documentation and evaluate integration options - Experience in building custom software, not just integrating SaaS tools - Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies - Business-level English proficiency (C1+) - Ability to engage with US, EU, and UK clients - Availability for CET-overlapping hours - Strong analytical and ownership-driven mindset - Client-oriented and adaptable
