Key Responsibilities

* You will oversee and implement fundamental 0-to-1 projects in advanced fields such as TechBio.

* You will convert broad strategic visions into actionable implementation blueprints, accelerating the transition from concept to production.

* You will design scalable solutions and steer crucial milestones to ensure the department’s swift expansion and possible spin-off to attract institutional support.

Qualifications

* You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocation or remote work).

* You possess a high-level builder’s mindset, backed by specialized knowledge in a relevant field and the ambition to take complete ownership of the process.

* You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
