Our ERP system (v18) serves as the cornerstone of our operations, optimizing CRM, Sales, Accounting, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing processes. As our Odoo Delivery Manager, you will ensure its seamless operation, facilitating continuous improvement to meet our evolving needs and support every team in achieving high-impact scientific objectives. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of enhancements with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, including maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and new feature implementation.

* Manage and prioritize tasks on the Asana board to ensure clear alignment with business objectives.

* Coordinate with part-time and freelance developers, tracking project timelines, risks, and dependencies.

* Maintain a dynamic roadmap of ERP improvement initiatives.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

* Collect, refine, and transform stakeholder needs into concrete developer tasks.

* Analyze workflows to ensure solutions are in harmony with our operational processes.

* Define acceptance criteria and validate all project outputs.

* Advocate for standard Odoo features over unnecessary customizations.

Quality Assurance

* Plan and implement QA cycles for all developed features.

* Conduct functional testing, validate data flows, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-offs.

* Timely tracking and resolution of any defects.

Documentation & Training

* Keep detailed records of workflows, configurations, and customizations.

* Create user guides and quick-reference materials.

* Facilitate training sessions to enhance user adoption and efficiency.

Communication & Reporting

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related matters.

* Provide updates, communicate risks, and convey changes to stakeholders.

* Offer regular reports on backlog status, delivery progress, and system performance.

Qualifications

* Minimum of three years of experience in managing ERP systems, preferably Odoo v16-18 on Odoo.sh.

* In-depth knowledge of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing modules.

* Proficiency with Odoo Studio, reporting tools, and integrations.

* Skilled in defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and QA procedures.

* Expertise in Asana (or similar) for managing software delivery.

* Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts into business language.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

* Experience in workflow optimization and process mapping.

* Background in remote, cross-time-zone collaboration.

* Industry experience in biotech, life sciences, or manufacturing is a plus.
