How You'll Make an Impact

As an Onboarding Project Manager at Cloudbeds, you'll spearhead complex onboarding initiatives for our mid-market clients, guiding them from initial contract signing through successful implementation and transition to full Account Management ownership. As a key strategic liaison, you'll collaborate with teams across Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product Development, Support, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless experience that builds customer confidence and drives business outcomes.

You'll be essential in helping customers derive value quickly by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement. This role blends project management, customer relationship management, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector in a dynamic SaaS environment.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Full ownership of the onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers, from sales handoff to go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management - Clear definition of project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementations - Primary point of contact for onboarding mid-market customers, driving clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle - Leading customer meetings, including pre-kickoff, kickoff, project check-ins, and go-live milestones, while documenting action items and next steps - Proactive identification and management of risks, dependencies, and escalation points to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction - Coordination across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management teams

What Sets You Up for Success

- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a business-professional level, both written and spoken - At least 4 years of experience in hotel operations or management - At least 1 year of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing environment - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization - Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication, relationship management, and customer-facing presentation skills - Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and adaptability to changing customer and business needs

Bonus Skills to Stand Out

- At least 1 year of project management experience in a hospitality SaaS environment - Previous experience with customer implementation and onboarding at a hospitality SaaS company - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Slack
