As a Copywriter Intern, you will craft clear and captivating copy and design simple supporting visuals to enhance our brand narrative and campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team on active programs and campaigns, handling both rapid turnaround tasks and more in-depth brand storytelling. This role will provide you with a comprehensive view of how a dynamic marketing team operates daily. 🎯 What You Will Do

* Create engaging copy for email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and other marketing channels, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

* Design simple visuals (static posts, banners, infographics) using tools like Canva or Figma to complement your written content

* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging

* Adjust tone and style for various audiences while maintaining RevoU's brand voice

* Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, content themes, and communication strategies

📍 Please note: This position is fully remote. ✅ Requirements Essential:

A passion for writing that goes beyond just words. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve the clarity and impact of your writing. Share an example of a piece of content you are proud of and explain why it resonated with your audience.

Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. You can easily adapt your tone and register between the two languages, understanding that a good translation involves more than just word-for-word conversion.

A proactive approach to work. You don't wait for perfect instructions before starting. You ask insightful questions, make reasonable assumptions, and quickly produce drafts, iterating swiftly based on feedback.

AI is not just a topic for you; it's integrated into your workflow. You use AI tools for research, drafting, and exploring different angles, while still applying your own judgment to ensure quality.

Basic design sense. You don't need to be a designer, but you understand layout, hierarchy, and how to create clean, visually appealing content in Canva or Figma that aligns with our brand's identity.

Nice to have:

* Experience with Canva or Figma for basic content design

* Familiarity with email or WhatsApp marketing tools

* A background in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

* A portfolio or writing samples (social captions, articles, scripts, ad copy, etc.)
