Role Overview

Mantle Squad Members act as community liaisons, expanding the Mantle team's reach by engaging with global Web3 communities and fostering localized storytelling.

We are seeking individuals skilled in one or more of the areas below, who can contribute effectively while collaborating with the broader Mantle Squad.

Job Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Expansion

* Serve as a community ambassador for Mantle in global Web3 environments

* Establish and maintain local and online communities

* Engage with builders, students, and early-stage entrepreneurs to promote ecosystem development

* Enhance awareness and adoption of Mantle’s RWA and AI initiatives

* Nurture lasting relationships post-events and turn engagement into sustained ecosystem participation

Events & Community Initiatives

* Participate in and support meetups, panels, and industry gatherings

* Partner with the Mantle team on community-driven campaigns and events

* Identify potential collaborations and media opportunities within the RWA/AI sector

* Facilitate outreach efforts that boost Mantle’s visibility and communication

* Enhance Mantle’s profile through grassroots and community-led activities

* Act as a bridge between communities and Mantle to unlock new opportunities

Content & Localization

* Disseminate ecosystem updates and campaigns across various community channels and social platforms

* Adapt and localize content for different cultural and regional contexts

* Boost Mantle’s narrative across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X

* Ensure consistent communication of ecosystem developments to community members

Ecosystem Growth & Feedback

* Offer structured feedback on community sentiment to the Mantle team

* Highlight opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and ecosystem expansion

* Support the enhancement of community initiatives through user insights

* Serve as a link between local communities and the core Mantle team

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, community, or ecosystem roles

* A deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, crypto culture, and community-driven growth strategies

* Demonstrated success in engaging, growing, and activating both online and offline communities

* A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, distributed teams

* Outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities

* Comfort with working across community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X

* Flexibility to adapt messaging for diverse cultural and regional audiences

* Established connections within Web3 ecosystems (founders, creators, communities, or partners is a plus)
