Role Overview

We are searching for a meticulous and proactive Marketing Event Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of our expanding EMEA trade shows and field marketing events. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of ownership and independence, ensuring flawless event execution. You should be enthusiastic about crafting impactful in-person experiences that boost pipeline, enhance brand presence, and achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage logistics for 30+ tier 3 trade shows a year in EMEA, including securing event opportunities, arranging shipping, setting up the booth, and overseeing staff travel. - Oversee Dandy-hosted and field events, from planning and execution to post-event performance reporting, providing data-driven insights to refine future plans and optimize program efficiency. - Facilitate pre-event kick-off calls with on-site teams to ensure they are well-prepared for successful in-person selling experiences. - Handle the post-event lead lifecycle, from timely data entry to assigning leads to the Sales team and ensuring prompt follow-ups. - Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to create pre- and post-event email campaigns aimed at driving booth traffic and nurturing leads. - Direct onsite operations during trade shows, ensuring all activities proceed as scheduled. - Monitor and reconcile event expenses to ensure budgets are adhered to. - Suggest trade show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget and scheduling availability. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized event playbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and packing lists to streamline future planning. - Analyze trade show performance in partnership with the Sr Event Manager, EMEA, to inform future planning. - Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve benchmarked return on investment (ROI) metrics. - Assist with managing larger tier 1 and 2 trade shows, including onsite logistics and pre and post-event operations to maximize Dandy’s presence.

Qualifications

- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing. - Demonstrated success in planning and managing trade shows and experience with field events. - Strong project management skills, highly organized, detail-focused, and driven towards results, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships internally and externally. - Superior written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus). - Passion for creating world-class brand experiences that foster growth and loyalty.
