We are hiring a Reverse Mortgage Marketing Assistant to help drive marketing and outreach in the senior lending space. Key Responsibilities

* Help plan and run campaigns aimed at homeowners age 62+. * Run point on email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences. * Keep CRM systems current with lead and referral partner records. * Follow campaign performance numbers and put together reports. * Build and revise marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, social posts, landing pages.

Content & Digital Marketing

* Write social posts, blog pieces, and educational material covering reverse mortgages. * Queue up and oversee content on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and similar platforms. * Pitch in on website updates, keeping messaging compliance-friendly. * Contribute to SEO optimization and local search marketing work.

Event & Partner Coordination

* Organize seminars, webinars, and community education sessions. * Handle event logistics, invites, and follow-up messaging. * Back outreach to financial advisors, real estate agents, and elder law attorneys.

Compliance & Documentation

* Confirm marketing material meets industry regulations and company compliance standards. * Keep tidy records of marketing approvals and disclosures. * Partner with compliance teams on content review ahead of publication.

Administrative Support

* Watch incoming marketing inquiries and send leads to the right place. * Back loan officers on marketing asks and presentation decks. * Keep digital files and marketing calendars in order.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* 1-3 years behind you in marketing, administrative support, or financial services. * Clear writing and speaking ability. * Comfortable in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Working grasp of digital marketing tooling such as email platforms and social scheduling tools. * Sharp eye for detail, able to juggle several deadlines at once. * Background in mortgage, lending, or financial services. * Knowledge of reverse mortgage products. * Time spent in compliance-regulated marketing environments. * Graphic design ability with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
