About the Position Arena Club seeks a Social Media Coordinator to manage the daily creation and dissemination of content on our social platforms: Instagram, X, and TikTok. This role is hands-on, requiring the development of graphics, scheduling, and publishing content via Sprout Social, as well as ensuring our channels remain active and aligned with our brand. You will also work closely with our marketing team while working independently to organize your tasks. What You Will Be Responsible For

* Produce a weekly lineup of social graphics for Instagram, X, and TikTok, including static posts, story templates, carousels, and short animated or video content when necessary

* Schedule and publish content daily to maintain a lively and consistent presence on our channels

* Engage regularly with our audience in the comments and across our accounts to foster community growth

* Preserve a cohesive visual style and brand tone across all social media platforms

* Quickly adapt templates for timely events, such as product launches, standout moments, and community features

* Track the performance of posts in Sprout Social and highlight content that resonates with our audience

* Collaborate with the marketing team on weekly content planning and campaign development

* Keep abreast of trends and insights related to trading cards, sports, and social media engagement that are pertinent to our audience

Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience creating social media content, preferably with a brand or agency

* Proficiency with basic animation tools like CapCut or After Effects for TikTok content

* Practical experience with Sprout Social, or the capacity to learn quickly

* Knowledge of platform-specific guidelines and specifications

* Reliable, communicative, and capable of managing tasks independently to meet deadlines

* Passion for trading cards, sports, or collecting

Contract Terms

* A 3-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal or adjustment based on performance

* Flexible, remote position requiring 15 hours per week

* Compensation based on skills, experience, and the value you bring, ranging from $50 to $80 USD per hour
