The Role In this role, you will work closely with enterprise AI systems as a research collaborator, embedded within live workflows. You will identify and address real-world issues, drive rapid experimentation, and enhance system performance.

What You'll Do

- Collaborate within enterprise AI workflows as a research partner, working alongside domain experts and client teams. - Identify, formalize, and prioritize system failure modes in real-world deployments. - Create high-quality datasets and evaluation protocols to target identified weaknesses. - Conduct tight experimental cycles to validate hypotheses and measure improvements. - Provide clear, actionable analyses of system behavior and performance. - Develop and benchmark agentic workflows, focusing on robustness and scalability. - Create lightweight tools to support evaluation, data curation, and rapid iteration. - Contribute to internal and external research materials, including reports and benchmarks.

Who You Are

- Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. - Demonstrate strong judgment for research signal quality, including data selection and evaluation design. - Experience in designing datasets and evaluation frameworks for ML systems. - Ability to transform ambiguous operational challenges into structured research problems. - Familiarity with RL environments and/or agentic system evaluation. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on actionable insights. - Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - Collaborative mindset with experience across research, product, and domain teams.

Preferred

- Strong client-facing experience, especially in technical or research-driven environments. - Experience building internal research or evaluation tools. - Contributions to benchmarks, research publications, or open research initiatives. - Background in enterprise AI deployments or forward-deployed research models.

Compensation & Benefits Notice This full-time position offers a base salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 USD.
