* Maintain a clear overview of production schedules and deadlines, assisting project managers in resolving issues and delays.

* Provide regular, tailored status updates to executive leadership.

* Offer support to other project managers in handling print and live event production needs.

* Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows to boost efficiency, quality, and consistency.

* Editorial Production & Quality Control

* Ensure the final quality of all enduring educational materials across digital and print platforms.

* Maintain the overall look and feel, consistency, and quality of all published materials.

* Perform proofreading, light copyediting, formatting, and quality assurance on various educational, promotional, and web-based materials.

* Compare multiple rounds of revisions and source documents to ensure all approved changes are accurately integrated.

* Compile editorial and content team revisions, mark printer and digital proofs, and verify the implementation of requested changes.

* Review content for web publication, ensuring consistency, correct formatting, and accurate inclusion of late-breaking updates.

* Conduct comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance reviews of enduring web products, verifying functionality, navigation, embedded media, downloadable materials, and overall user experience.

* Ensure compliance with company editorial standards, patient privacy requirements, copyright policies, and established production procedures.

* Provide clear recommendations and communicate effectively with editors and stakeholders.

* Identify opportunities to enhance language quality, readability, usability, and consistency across all published content.

Workflow & Process Management

* Serve as a production coordinator, maintaining visibility across multiple projects and coordinating team dependencies.

* Maintain and update production workflows, standard operating procedures, style guides, and documentation as needed.

* Monitor adherence to established production processes and recommend procedural improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.

* Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Multimedia Production, to address recurring quality issues and implement corrective process improvements.

* Effectively interface with executive leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the production process.

* Respond promptly to management and project stakeholder requests.

* Work closely with editorial, content, multimedia, web, marketing, and design teams to ensure successful project execution.

* Assist in the development of marketing emails, social media copy, and other communications as needed.
