Description Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen ) provides assessments and training for tech companies and aspiring professionals worldwide, helping companies & individuals transform their lives through career development and acquiring the new skills needed as a tech professional. Our focus on data science, machine learning, and generative AI helps tech-forward companies level up their employees' skills and drive innovation. We are looking for an experienced B2B Content Manager to own our global content strategy and build an AI-assisted content operation from the ground up. You’ll combine hands-on content creation for enterprise audiences with designing scalable AI workflows and quality controls. What you will do

* Own and develop the global B2B content strategy , aligning content with enterprise audiences, buying committees, positioning, and pipeline goals.

* Create high-quality content across formats, including website and landing page copy, paid advertising, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, social, video scripts, and sales enablement materials .

* Build and operate an AI-assisted content production system , including prompt libraries, context engineering, source-of-truth repositories, workflows, and human review gates.

* Partner with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to turn complex AI products and customer needs into clear, compelling enterprise messaging.

* Own editorial quality and consistency across all B2B content, continuously improving content based on performance data and new AI capabilities.

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in B2B content marketing , including 3+ years creating content for technical or enterprise audiences with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

* Strong portfolio of personally written content, including whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and paid acquisition content .

* Proven experience building and running AI-assisted content production in a real production environment , not just using consumer AI tools ad hoc.

* Hands-on experience designing AI content systems, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source-of-truth repositories, multi-step/agentic workflows, and human review gates .

* Strong range across content formats; experience limited mainly to blogs or SEO content is not sufficient .

* Native-equivalent written English and the ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders in a distributed team.
