You will partner with teams across the organization to define metrics, create reporting, and investigate questions that affect customers and business performance. WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Gather and analyze data from multiple sources.

* Write SQL queries and validate the accuracy of results.

* Build dashboards and recurring reports.

* Define and document business metrics.

* Investigate trends, anomalies, and performance changes.

* Translate analysis into practical recommendations.

* Present findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

* Improve data quality and reporting processes.

* Support experiments, forecasting, and operational planning as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

* Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.
