About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Social Listening & Insights Specialist to join our vendor team. In this role, you’ll leverage cutting-edge tools and deep platform knowledge to uncover actionable insights that drive brand strategy, campaign performance, and consumer understanding. Requirements Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyse brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance through social listening tools

* Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data

* Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others

* Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing, product, and strategy teams

* Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends

* Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances

What You’ll bring:

* 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst

* Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and how users engage on each

* Experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos , or similar

* Boolean query-writing skills for deep-dive insights

* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

* A deep understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behaviour

* Native level proficiency in Danish language (essential)

* Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
