* Lead the company’s data strategy in alignment with business objectives and client goals.

* Work closely with clients to understand their business context, define success metrics, and design clear, actionable KPIs.

* Design and implement efficient data flows, pipelines, and architectures for business intelligence and reporting.

* Build and manage dashboards that support executive-level decision-making and operational optimization.

* Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, marketing, and sales, to deliver data-driven solutions.

* Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and automation internally and for clients.

Requirements Hard Skills:

* Proven experience in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.

* Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data stacks.

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and SQL proficiency.

* Ability to design scalable data architectures and optimize performance across systems.

* Demonstrated ability to set up data tracking and analytics for digital transformation use cases.
