We are seeking a CRM Developer with a focus on Salesforce to support the design, development, and optimization of our CRM systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience, is detail-oriented, and can deliver efficient solutions that improve system performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage custom fields, objects, and page layouts within Salesforce.

* Design and maintain automation flows, validation rules, and process builders.

* Develop and implement email templates, reports, and dashboards.

* Customize Lightning pages and build custom-coded components when needed.

* Research and recommend new Salesforce features, apps, or integrations to improve workflow efficiency.

* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

* Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience.

* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers a plus).

* Experience building and managing reports, dashboards, and layouts.

* Proficient in customizing and extending Salesforce functionality using configuration and code.

* Ability to research, evaluate, and implement new CRM features or tools.

* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

* Resourceful and efficient coding habits with attention to scalability and performance.

* Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
