Role Overview: We're seeking a tech-savvy Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales pipeline by managing both inbound inquiries and executing strategic outbound outreach. The ideal candidate is proficient in HubSpot, excels in cold outreach, and is driven by measurable results, particularly in booking qualified product demos.​ Key Responsibilities:

* Promptly engage and qualify inbound leads from various channels, ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profile.

* Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns, including cold emails, calls, and social selling, to generate new business opportunities.

* Utilize HubSpot CRM to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate lead data.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and identify high-potential market segments.

* Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.

* Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, focusing on the number of demos booked and conversion rates.​

Qualifications:

* 1 - 2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the SaaS or AI industry.

* Proven track record in both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

* Expertise in HubSpot CRM, including managing workflows, sequences, and reporting.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and innovation.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities effectively.​
