About this job
This position integrates event operations, data management, digital platforms, attendee communications, and event technology. As you progress, you'll gain control over certain processes and play a part in enhancing attendee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling database management and data organization with the aid of AI tools - Assisting with attendee registrations and participant communication - Maintaining and updating websites and registration platforms - Preparing and managing audio-visual and technical equipment during events - Collaborating with the events team to support event production - Coordinating with graphic designers for visual materials - Contributing to additional operational and event-related projects as needed
