GRAPHIC DESIGNER - CONTINUOUS PART-TIME ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to be part of our team on a continuous, long-term basis. Our agency specializes in helping law firms expand through effective digital and television marketing strategies.

This is a flexible contractor position paying a fixed rate of $1,500 USD per month.

We are in search of a candidate who is creative, meticulous, dependable, and capable of grasping the strategic aspects behind a project, not just its visual appearance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

* Designing captivating social media graphics and other digital marketing materials for our clients.

* Assisting with website and landing page aesthetics by crafting banners, selecting and editing images, choosing icons, and developing additional visual elements.

* Ensuring consistent designs that match the established brand identities of our clients.

* Contributing to internal marketing and creative projects.

* Offering support for new brand identities and their accompanying visual components as needed.

* Converting creative briefs and business objectives into well-thought-out, effective designs.

* Working closely with our team to understand project goals, client expectations, and the overall marketing strategy.

* Managing multiple design projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

* 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing agency, digital marketing, or client-facing setting.

* Experience in creating social media graphics, digital marketing assets, website/landing page assets, and branded materials.

* A preference for candidates with experience managing multiple clients or brands simultaneously.

* A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

* Equivalent professional experience and a robust portfolio can substitute for formal education.

NECESSARY SKILLS

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

* A strong grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design principles.

* Experience with brand identities and maintaining visual consistency across various platforms and formats.

* The ability to understand the objectives behind a project and create designs that support the client's broader brand and marketing strategy.

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality creative work.

* The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
