About the Role

We are seeking a creative and meticulous UI/UX Designer with a deep knowledge of the iGaming sector to craft compelling, user-friendly, and visually attractive online experiences. In this role, you will design interfaces for online casinos, sportsbooks, betting platforms, and games, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn product needs into smooth user journeys. The perfect candidate will possess robust visual design skills combined with a strong UX mindset, ensuring designs are engaging, user-responsive, conversion-driven, and easily navigable.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop modern, high-quality UI/UX designs for iGaming websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

* Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.

* Design essential iGaming experiences like casino lobbies, sportsbook interfaces, game discovery, promotions, tournaments, loyalty/VIP areas, registration, deposits, and withdrawals.

* Enhance user paths with a focus on usability, engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

* Develop and maintain scalable design systems, including UI components, typography, icons, and reusable design patterns.

* Ensure responsive designs deliver a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

* Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, CRM, and other teams from idea to execution.

* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain high visual quality.

* Utilize research, analytics, user feedback, and product insights to improve user experiences.

* Continuously refine existing interfaces through iterative testing and optimization.

* Stay informed about the latest iGaming design trends, competitor products, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

* Design interfaces that adhere to accessibility, responsible gaming principles, and specific market requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 7 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, ideally within iGaming, gaming, fintech, entertainment, or a fast-paced digital product environment.

* A strong portfolio showcasing polished UI design and effective UX problem-solving.

* Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.

* A deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

* Expertise in typography, spacing, grids, color, hierarchy, and interaction design.

* Ability to translate complex product requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

* Good understanding of user journeys, conversion funnels, and usability principles.

* Effective collaboration with developers to understand technical constraints.

* Excellent attention to detail to maintain consistency across large products.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
