Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, balance, and optimize the game’s economy, progression, and reward structures. - Develop engaging player motivation cycles across events, features, and monetization strategies. - Create a cohesive ecosystem of live operations events, ensuring they align rather than compete for player attention. - Design systems that enhance player retention, engagement, and monetization while maintaining a positive player experience. - Construct and maintain economic models, balancing spreadsheets, and simulations. - Use analytics to pinpoint player difficulties, progression obstacles, and monetization opportunities. - Collaborate with Product, BI, UA, Art, and Development teams to improve game performance. - Analyze key performance indicators such as retention, ARPDAU, conversion, LTV, and engagement to inform design choices. - Drive feature and event enhancements through continuous testing, iteration, and experimentation. - Clearly articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to the team.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and managing successful F2P mobile games. - Expertise in systems design, economy design, progression design, and live operations. - Proven experience working on casual or puzzle games. - Deep understanding of player motivation, retention mechanisms, and monetization strategies. - Strong analytical skills, capable of designing and evaluating A/B tests and turning data into actionable insights. - Self-motivated and proactive, able to identify opportunities independently. - Quick to grasp new games, systems, and player demographics and take ownership of projects. - Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience building balancing, simulation, and forecasting models. - Excellent communication in English, both verbally and in writing. - Passion for crafting engaging and sustainable player experiences. - Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
Benefits:
