Are you a user-focused designer with a knack for transforming complex requirements into intuitive and scalable digital products?
Join Digital Forms as a UI/UX Designer and contribute to our global digital transformation projects. This role requires a blend of design expertise and consulting skills, as you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Convert business goals and user insights into effective UX strategies, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications, from initial concepts to final delivery. - Lead discovery workshops with key stakeholders to define problems, map user journeys, prioritize tasks, and plan validations. - Conduct UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, and use the findings to inform design decisions. - Design clean, accessible, and consistent interfaces that align with brand and usability standards. - Develop, maintain, and scale design systems, ensuring they support multiple products and teams. - Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure designs are feasible and of high quality. - Prepare comprehensive handoff documents, including specifications, annotations, user stories, and guidance on responsive and adaptive behaviors. - Utilize data and feedback from analytics, user feedback, and testing to refine and improve the product experience. - Present and defend design choices to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly explaining the rationale behind your decisions.
Requirements Hard Skills
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your end-to-end projects. - Expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and modern design workflows. - Strong knowledge of UX principles, including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design. - Experience in conducting and supporting research, such as usability testing and interviews, and synthesizing insights. - Ability to create and maintain design systems, working consistently with components and guidelines. - Effective collaboration with developers, including handoff documents, constraints, and QA feedback. - Familiarity with accessibility principles and designing for diverse user needs.
Soft Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively communicate with international clients. - A consulting mindset, capable of understanding business context and translating it into user-centered design decisions. - Strong business acumen, connecting design choices to key performance indicators like adoption, conversion, and efficiency. - Clear communication skills, guiding stakeholders through complex decisions and aligning teams on shared goals. - Proactive, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects and priorities. - Open to giving and receiving feedback, comfortable with iterative design processes, and diligent in documenting decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with complex B2B tools, such as dashboards, workflows, and admin panels. - Knowledge of analytics tools and experimentation, including funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and event tracking. - Facilitation experience in discovery workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder alignment. - UX writing and content design skills. - Experience working with international teams and clients across different time zones.
