Scope of Work

- Thoroughly assess user interfaces, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in visual and interaction design. - Compose clear, logically structured written justifications for design choices, detailing your analysis and suggestions. - Establish and express foundational principles, patterns, and guidelines that support robust design systems. - Examine, improve, and document component libraries for clarity, consistency, and accessibility. - Produce visually appealing mockups using Figma, adhering to best practices in color, typography, spacing, and responsive design. - Develop thorough design documentation that conveys decisions and rationale to various stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and usability in both visual design and supporting documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, with a strong portfolio of digital projects. - Profound understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout, and responsive design. - Skilled in Figma and experienced in working with design systems and component libraries. - History of documenting design systems or creating component guidelines with comprehensive, compelling rationales. - Excellent written communication abilities to clearly and analytically explain complex design decisions. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and their practical implementation in interface design. - Background from top-tier universities or well-respected organizations is preferred; advanced English writing skills are essential.
