About this job
1. A 2-3 sentence summary of the role, in plain English. - You will be a key player in solving complex business problems for RelationalAI’s customers by building and deploying decision intelligence systems. You will own the entire process from discovery to production, filling in gaps in the platform as needed and contributing to product development.
2. What you will do: - Own outcomes end to end - from discovery to production hardening and measurement. - Build decision solutions using ontologies, rules, graph analytics, and predictive models. - Fill gaps in the platform when customer workflows are blocked. - Close the loop with Product by bringing back signals from deployments. - Run technical discovery to find out whether problems can be solved. - Leave things better than you found them by documenting and turning one-off work into reusable implementations. - Refuse shortcuts that compound by ensuring root causes are identified and documented.
3. What they are looking for: - 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software. - End-to-end ownership of projects from problem statement to production. - Strong SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake. - Strong programming ability with Python, and comfort with declarative or logic-style languages. - Ability to read unfamiliar source code and interpret stack traces. - Comfort in high-autonomy, high-velocity environments. - Experience with optimization, constraint solving, rule engines, or ML on structured data. - Semantic modelling, data pipelines, and governance in enterprise settings. - Track record of upstream contributions to the product. - Prior experience in enterprise technology, AI, or analytics platforms.
4. Terms: - Pay: Not specified. - Location: Globally distributed team. - Hours: Not specified. - Contract type: Not specified.
