Key Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead Trafilea’s operational framework within the Marketing Department, ensuring smooth project execution. You will oversee multiple projects from initiation to launch, align business strategies with execution, optimize workflows, and boost organizational efficiency. This role will lead across tribes, squads, and divisions, aligning with PMO methodologies to achieve objectives, enhance communication, and foster scalable growth.

* Oversee comprehensive project management for various marketing projects.

* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).

* Guide tribe/squad setup and governance in line with PMO standards.

* Facilitate regular project review and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.

* Continuously enhance frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).

* Track and report on project and team performance, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

* Promote effective communication and maintain high-quality outputs across projects.

Requirements

* At least five years of project management experience, especially in dynamic digital marketing settings.

* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects from start to finish.

* In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs).

* Tech-savvy and data-driven, proficient with tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack.

* Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions under pressure.

* Experience with remote and international teams is advantageous.

* Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or consumer digital sectors is beneficial.
