About this job
1. At Growe, you'll ensure payment methods function correctly, manage acceptance rates, and create monitoring guidelines to support smooth operations.
2. What you will do: - Monitor payment method functionality and escalate issues to relevant teams. - Analyze acceptance rates and decide which payment methods to enable or disable. - Ensure sufficient balance for processing withdrawals and top-ups. - Review and develop backup and emergency plans. - Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for support teams. - Report daily and weekly payment activities to the Head of Operations. - Assist in integrating new payment providers. - Suggest improvements for payment processes and forms. - Handle customer support requests. - Test new payment method integrations. - Collaborate with the BI department to enhance internal reporting.
