Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to spearhead the implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program within their Global IT Security (GIS) function. This role demands strong program management skills, organizational navigation, and experience in agile transformation.

You will be tasked with crafting and executing a multi-year strategic roadmap for the IGA initiative, transitioning the program from a traditional project lifecycle approach to a more agile, iterative methodology using JIRA and real-time reporting tools. Additionally, you will manage key stakeholder relationships, report to senior leadership, and oversee the work of supporting project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of the IGA Program within the Global IT Security department. - Develop and maintain a detailed, multi-year program roadmap. - Establish and manage the necessary program governance structures, tools, and reporting mechanisms. - Drive the adoption of agile practices within the IGA program, including the creation and utilization of burn-down charts and JIRA for sprint management and reporting. - Serve as a strategic liaison between cross-functional leadership teams, including HR, IT infrastructure, and GIS. - Supervise and mentor junior project managers who support the program. - Promptly escalate issues and actively mitigate any challenges. - Prepare and present high-quality leadership presentations and weekly status reports for executive stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with the Director of GIS IAM to address issues, assess program impacts, and update the IGA Steering Committee (SteerCo). - Work with GBS IT PMO leadership (VP level) to align on program structure and provide regular updates to executive forums, including MC and MDM.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, ideally in a large, global organization. - Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. - Experience in setting up program governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms in large IT initiatives. - Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and JIRA, particularly in managing and reporting agile metrics. - Exceptional stakeholder engagement, reporting, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead supporting project managers. - Knowledge of cybersecurity and identity governance (IGA) is desirable but not mandatory.
