Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic CIS Crypto Affiliate Business Development Manager to expand our affiliate network and boost revenue in the CIS region.

Responsibilities

- Discover and recruit new affiliates, including KOLs, influencers, and trading schools. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners that align with our business goals. - Evaluate affiliate performance data to enhance partnership strategies and inform strategic decisions. - Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. - Work closely with the product team to refine offerings and attract high-quality users.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Ukrainian (mandatory) - Proven experience in affiliate or business development roles within the crypto industry, especially in the CIS region - Strong analytical, communicative, and negotiation skills - Goal-oriented with a proven track record of surpassing targets - In-depth understanding of the CIS crypto market and regulatory landscape

Desirable Qualifications

- Experience managing cross-cultural or cross-timezone teams - Previous experience at a cryptocurrency exchange - Enthusiasm for blockchain and crypto payments
