We are seeking a beginner to junior-level User Acquisition / Performance Marketing Specialist (with at least 1 year of experience) to join our team and help scale our paid acquisition channels under the guidance of the CMO. This remote position involves daily management of campaigns, organizing creative assets, and contributing to the growth of our user base from 40 million to 100 million.

Key Responsibilities

* Campaign & Growth Support: Assist in campaign setup, audience testing, tracking implementation, and daily management across key platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and DSPs.

* Reporting & Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and retention using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; identify and address data anomalies for strategic reviews.

* Creative & Landing Page Support: Utilize performance data to develop creative briefs, collaborate with content and product teams on A/B tests for landing pages, and track ad performance.

* Channel Exploration & Testing: Help with initial communications on new platforms, monitor policy and algorithm updates, and set up tracking for emerging advertising channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.

* Core Skills: Familiarity with major ad platform structures, strong analytical and Excel skills, creative instincts for ad strategies, and quick learning of new tracking tools.

* Soft Skills: Action-oriented, detail-driven, fluent in English, and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.

* Desirable Skills: Knowledge of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA), experience with tracking tools (GA4, Voluum), or background in sensitive/regulated industries like dating, femtech, or telehealth.
