The previous evening, the Nagaland State Lottery declared the Dear Crown Friday result for August 28, 2026, drawn at 6 pm. Eastern Mirror, reporting from Dimapur, said the winning number of the 48th Dear Crown Friday draw was 98A 58925, with a first prize of Rs 1 crore on a ticket priced at Rs 7.
Eastern Mirror said results are available on the official Nagaland Lotteries website, Lottery Sambad and its own pages. Claiming a Prize
Winners must present their winning ticket along with a completed claim form available online, a government recognised photo identity document and passport size photographs, according to Eastern Mirror.
Asianet Newsable reported that officials advised winners to check their ticket numbers against official government lottery publications before making a claim, and to submit original tickets with valid identity proof within the stipulated claim period. The length of that period is not stated in either report.
