At TechBiz Global , we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. TechBiz Global GmbH is currently in search of a highly motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our esteemed Sales department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our team by meticulously identifying and evaluating potential leads to bolster our sales initiatives.

* Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads across diverse channels, including cold calling

* Qualify and assess leads against defined criteria to ensure high quality

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies

* Build, manage, and maintain an up-to-date lead database

* Provide regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities and performance

* Utilize tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms

* Receive comprehensive training and access to all necessary tools and resources

Requirements

* Fluent in English

* Strong communication skills, with willingness to engage in cold calling

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail

* Team player with a positive attitude

* No prior experience in Lead Generation required

* Comfortable working with European timezone(09.00-18.00 German time)
