Responsibilities

- Feature Development: You will take the lead on developing features for our web platforms, currently focusing on the Phantom Extension and our website. - New Initiatives and Products: You will spearhead efforts to support additional blockchains and introduce new complementary products or infrastructure. - User Interaction: You will engage directly with end-users and developers using Phantom, offering support and gathering feedback to guide product development. - Team Building: You will collaborate with the team to establish and nurture a culture of excellence with each new hire.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - At least five years of full-time software engineering experience, with proficiency in any of the following: - React / TypeScript / React-Query - Solana web3.js / ethers.js - A demonstrated passion for open and community-driven platforms. - Fluent English language proficiency. - A bonus if you have experience in a blockchain-based project.

The base salary for this role will range from $180,000 to $220,000, including equity and benefits. Compensation is based on several factors, including your skillset, prior relevant experience, interview performance, and market conditions at the time of offer.
