About this job

Tabby exists to hand people control of their own money. Financial systems have long been designed around the institutions that built them rather than the people using them. Compounding interest, buried terms and gated access have pushed many to the margins of a system that was never built for their success.

We're building something else: one money app for sending, spending and saving. Clear, flexible, and controlled by the people and businesses using it. We started in 2019 and now serve customers and businesses in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers plus 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses depend on us.

It started as a smarter checkout payment option. It's now a financial system operating the way it always should have.

About the role

Our B2B division needs a Senior Product Designer to shape what business partners experience from the moment they first engage with us.

Partner onboarding and activation belong to the B2B Lifecycle team. Day to day that means walking a new partner through a clean, uninterrupted path: uploading required documents, getting those reviewed and approved, then switching on the financial products they need, described in plain human terms so partners genuinely grasp what they have and how to use all of it. Partners also run their own organizational setup inside the product, teams, roles, access, and designing that sits with us too.

The domain carries real complexity: legal obligations, verification logic, approvals across multiple stages, product configuration. Your work is making all of it feel simple.

What you will be doing

* Build onboarding and activation flows end to end for business partners, from first entry through to a fully activated, live account

* Convert a paperwork-heavy regulated process into a guided experience with visible statuses, useful feedback and no dead ends

* Craft the activation experience for our financial products so partners see what's on offer, why it matters and how to extract value from it

* Create the tools partners use to run their own internal structure, organizations, teams, roles and permissions

* Work side by side with your Product Manager to grasp business requirements, dig into the real problems underneath, and convert them into design answers serving both business goals and partner needs

* Team up with UX Researchers to test assumptions against real partners, and with a UX Writer to make dense formal content genuinely readable

* Stay close to engineering across delivery and own the quality of whatever ships to production

What you will need

* 5+ years designing products, including substantial time on complex, logic-heavy ones

* Sharp systems thinking: multi-step flows, edge cases, states and rules don't faze you, and imposing order on them appeals to you

* A talent for simplification: you can take something dense, formal and regulated and turn it into a path someone walks unaided

* Solid product thinking, with equal grasp of business context and partner needs

* A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, from framing the problem through to polished production-ready UI

* Time spent in cross-functional teams alongside product managers, researchers, writers and engineers

* High standards of craft and genuine care about what reaches users

* Skill at tuning your workflow with AI tools and using them to move faster and

Nice to have

* Background in B2B, SaaS, admin panels or other professional-user products

* Background in fintech, KYC/verification flows or other regulated domains

* Background designing roles, permissions and multi-user account structures

* Contributions to a design system, or work inside one

Job Benefits

Why join

* A dense, high-complexity design problem where simplifying produces visible, measurable results

* Real influence over how business partners perceive our company from day one

* A capable cross-functional team, product, research, content and engineering, all committed to quality

Relocation and Employment We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Employees pick a country for registration; the current options are Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, Spain.

What you can expect

* Hours are flexible and we trust you to put in enough of them to do the job well, at times that fit you and your team.

* A setting that grants you autonomy and responsibility from your first day.

* You should be at ease with the fact that the quality of your work shapes your career.

* Inclusion in the company's employee stock options program.

Building an inclusive, high-performing workplace matters to us, one where people of every background get the support to thrive, grow and reach their goals (whatever those turn out to be).

If that appeals, we'd like to hear from you!
