We are currently seeking a Global Treasury Analyst to enhance our cash management strategies, determine the optimal currency mix, and oversee bank credit risk. Our organization operates on a global scale, with salaries in multiple local currencies, while our products are typically priced in USD. We predominantly receive payments in advance, making this role focused on optimizing risk-free yields and managing currency risks. This senior position will collaborate with executives, financial planning and analysis, accounting, legal teams, and external auditors and consultants. Additionally, they may assist in equity plan administration. Our finance team actively seeks innovative ways to invest in the future while mitigating volatility and unexpected surprises, and we are eager to expand our team to tackle this specialized area.

This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, forecast, and manage global cash positions and liquidity in various currencies for multiple entities - Forecast diverse business scenarios to optimize returns and operational efficiency - Suggest actions to mitigate foreign currency exposure and related risks - Handle bank credit risk, transaction execution, and relationship management - Ensure robust controls are in place for cash and investment strategies - Identify and propose process and system enhancements for cash flow forecasting - Prepare and present treasury reports, documents, and proposed strategies to senior management - Collaborate with accounting to manage inter-company transactions and balances - Lead the implementation of treasury management systems - Ensure compliance with SOX controls, FBAR, FATCA, and other relevant regulations

What We Are Seeking in You:

- Exceptional academic credentials from both high school and university - Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field - Professional certification in treasury or analysis, such as CTP or CFA - Relevant experience in a global treasury function - A passion for technology and a commitment to working with motivated colleagues - Strong written and spoken English skills, along with excellent presentation abilities - Exceptional interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability, and accountability - Thoughtfulness and self-motivation - A track record of exceeding expectations - Willingness to travel twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
