Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers within the Marketing Technology and Social Media sectors. - Guide comprehensive architectural and design decisions for complex software systems, ensuring superior performance, scalability, and code quality. - Oversee major technical transition projects, particularly the execution of our roadmap to migrate the platform to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). - Prioritize performance engineering, optimizing site load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO for high-traffic scenarios. - Maintain a substantial hands-on involvement (coding, architecture, and code reviews) alongside leadership responsibilities. - Evaluate and support team members, lead one-on-one sessions, drive career development, and manage workload distribution. - Champion continuous enhancement in development methodologies, modern tools, and delivery standards throughout the team. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, backend engineers, and product teams to fine-tune requirements and deliver high-quality features.

Essential Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a primary emphasis on Frontend technologies. - 2+ years of experience in formal leadership or managerial roles (mentoring, performance assessments, workload coordination). - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors (Less/Sass), Webpack, and Git. - Demonstrated experience with state management systems (e.g., Vuex, Redux, NgRx). - Proven capability in planning and executing large-scale web migrations, especially with Nuxt.js or SSR frameworks. - A strong history in performance engineering, Core Web Vitals optimization, and technical SEO. - Experience working in high-traffic, high-scale environments such as MarTech, AdTech, E-commerce, Betting, or Events platforms. - Familiarity with contemporary end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Playwright) is beneficial. - Basic understanding of backend environments (Java, SpringBoot) and DevOps concepts (AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins) is advantageous. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
