We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Lead Engineer - SAM Pro to join our award-winning Customer Support Team!

* As a ServiceNow Lead Engineer - SAM Pro, you will mainly develop customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch.

* Work closely with stakeholders to define essential functionalities within a customized ServiceNow instance.

* Adjust ServiceNow (SN) event rules when necessary to ensure accurate CMDB linking.

* Engage with technical specialists to gather required environment details to support your service map and event activities.

Your Experience

* Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Lead Engineer - SAM Pro.

* Strong understanding of and ability to articulate and implement SAM Pro functionalities.

* Capability to design interfaces tailored to each user group, based on custom application models or Service Portals.

* Experience in developing integrated logic and functional components to interface with ServiceNow internal services and APIs (via REST).

* Knowledge of service-oriented and distributed application architecture in enterprise settings (web services, data access and persistence, client/server, etc.).

* Understanding of Credential-less and Credential-based Discovery.

* Installation, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow Sam Pro products, with a focus on discovery, service mapping, certification management, Service Graph Connectors, and Multisource CMDB.

* Ability to prevent duplicate Cis using CI identifiers.

* Extension of Horizontal Discovery using custom Infrastructure Patterns and Application Patterns.

* Expertise in configuring, managing, and maintaining MID servers.

* Proficiency in using the command line console for Service Mapping.

* Ability to work with and migrate patterns across environments for Service Mapping.

* Skilled in setting up Identification Rules for Service Mapping.

* Knowledge and ability to discover multi-tier services, including advanced pattern configuration for Service Mapping.
