micro1 is seeking CRM Operations Consultants to assist with a client project aimed at enhancing sales and customer relationship management processes. Your role will involve applying your expertise to train advanced AI systems, ensuring that the models learn effectively from real-world data. No prior AI experience is necessary; what we value most is your domain knowledge. For this project, while prior experience is not required, a background in human data work for AI models—such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading—is highly desirable. Simply using AI tools like ChatGPT in your work does not meet this requirement.

Responsibilities

- Assess AI-generated outputs in CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation strategies for accuracy and alignment with practical business scenarios. - Examine, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to support AI training objectives. - Consistently apply written guidelines and rubrics when evaluating or ranking model responses, and identify cases that require additional attention. - Provide illustrative examples, scenarios, and feedback that reflect best practices in CRM operations and sales support. - Document current sales operation practices, highlighting areas of difficulty and potential for process improvement. - Offer clear, actionable written feedback to project stakeholders and model development teams.

Preferred Skills

- At least 3 years of practical experience in CRM and sales operations, with a minimum of 2 years in CRM platforms. - Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot, or comparable CRM software. - Additional experience with Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or ClickFunnels is advantageous. - Proven success in optimizing sales processes, implementing automations, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. - Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in complex business processes. - Experience in human data work for AI, such as annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or rubric-based grading. - Background as a software or QA engineer working on CRM integrations, automation, data migrations, or testing CRM logic is a bonus. - Strong written and verbal English proficiency (B2 level or higher). - A stable internet connection and availability to start immediately.
