As a Sales Team member, the Client Relations Director plays a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients and partners. Key responsibilities include:

* Identify and cultivate new client opportunities in tandem with the Marketing team

* Assess potential clients to confirm compatibility and long-term partnership viability

* Collaborate with the Owner Partner Team to customize proposals across our offerings

* Guide the closing process and collaborate with the Finance team to secure payments

* Supervise the Experience Team to ensure client expectations are consistently met in planning, home services, and staffing

* Strengthen client bonds to foster recurring business and long-term commitment

* Monitor and achieve critical performance metrics, including booking targets, outreach metrics, and customer satisfaction scores

Compensation includes:

* A competitive annual gross salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000

* A commission-based compensation plan

Requirements for the role include:

* At least 4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales, particularly in the travel, real estate, or other premium products aimed at high-net-worth individuals

* A proven history of achieving sales success and increasing revenue

* Superior verbal and written English communication skills

* Proficiency with CRM, presentation, and other online productivity tools

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under time constraints

* A passion for international travel is highly preferred
