About the Role

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our new operator partners seamlessly integrate with Playson. You'll act as a key liaison between various departments, including Sales, Technical Integration, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Account Management, to oversee every phase of the onboarding process from contract signing to go-live.

This position offers a unique blend of project management, customer relationship management, and commercial execution. You'll handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently, working closely with operators, aggregators, and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain project momentum, and ensure a stellar onboarding experience.

Your success will be gauged by your ability to propel projects forward, reduce time-to-launch, and start each partnership with Playson in the best possible condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding process for newly signed operator partners from the moment a contract is signed through the final go-live. - Simultaneously coordinate multiple onboarding and integration projects across diverse global markets. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. - Collaborate with Technical Integration to plan and execute API integrations, product configurations, and launch readiness. - Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Account Management to ensure all onboarding milestones are met on schedule. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and launch checklists, actively identifying and addressing risks. - Organize and manage commercial launch activities, such as game positioning and promotional opportunities, to optimize launch success. - Keep customers informed throughout the onboarding journey through clear communication and realistic expectations. - Continuously refine onboarding procedures and project management techniques to enhance efficiency and decrease time-to-market. - Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external parties while delivering superior customer service across all projects.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in the B2B iGaming sector, preferably working with operators, suppliers, or aggregators. - Previous experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, integration, or customer success projects. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. - A solid grasp of API integrations, technical implementation processes, and product release cycles. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to engage effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. - A commercial outlook, confident in managing customer expectations and supporting successful product launches. - A proactive, solution-focused approach, equipped with robust problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. - Comfortable working in a high-pressure setting while maintaining a high level of responsibility and accountability. - Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.

Nice to Have

- Experience working on the supplier side of the iGaming industry. - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - Expertise in coordinating technical integration projects with multiple stakeholders. - Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with technical troubleshooting. - Experience in launching products or coordinating commercial go-live activities.
