Working Conditions - Work Hours: Wednesday-Thursday: 11 PM-7 AM CST; Friday: 7 PM-3 AM CST; Saturday-Sunday: 3:30 PM-11:30 PM CST; Monday & Tuesday: Off; 1-hour unpaid lunch break during each shift. - Competitive salary in USD. - Flexible remote work. - 10+ business days of paid vacation. - Team-building and corporate events. - Equipment provided. - A supportive work environment.

Qualifications - Exceptionally reliable with a strong commitment to follow-through. - Pay close attention to details and be highly organized. - Comfortable with frequent phone calls, email communication, and text messaging. - Efficient in managing a high volume of shipments without losing detail. - Quick to act when issues arise. - Capable of identifying potential problems before they escalate into customer service issues. - Competent in working independently and making decisions within set procedures. - Proficient in written and verbal English communication. - Maintain professionalism in interactions with drivers, carriers, customers, and facilities. - Previous experience in freight brokerage, trucking, transportation, dispatch, or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. - Familiarity with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is preferred.

Key to Success - A successful Track & Trace Coordinator goes beyond just inputting updates; they ensure transparency in shipment tracking.
