About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to oversee and manage partner integrations comprehensively—from the initial onboarding phase to post-go-live support.

This position is highly focused on delivering results, bridging the gap between partners, commercial teams, and technical engineering units. Your role will extend beyond coordination; you will actively lead the integration process, tackle complex issues, and ensure the smooth launch of our partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Integrations Throughout the Lifecycle: From setup to implementation, testing, and the final go-live stage. - Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Ensure timely and high-quality completion of various integration projects. - Serve as the Primary Technical Contact: Act as the key liaison between technical and business stakeholders. - Guide Technical Discussions: Facilitate technical discussions and solution design to align partner needs with our platform capabilities. - Collaborate Closely with Teams: Work closely with Commercial, Onboarding, and Engineering teams to support business objectives. - Provide Technical Sign-Off: Ensure all technical aspects are met before the integration goes live. - Contribute to Process Improvement: Assist in enhancing integration processes, documentation, and scalability.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 3 years in: - Integration Management - Technical Account Management - Solutions Engineering - Technical Expertise: Proficient in: - REST APIs, JSON, HTTP - Webhooks, idempotency, error handling - Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS - Security Knowledge: Familiar with: - API keys, OAuth, JWT - Request signing (HMAC), replay protection - Tools Experience: Comfortable with: - Logs and monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana, Grafana, etc.) - Creating and reviewing technical documentation, including API documentation - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex issues. - Communication Skills: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ownership Mindset: Proactive, accountable, and results-driven.

Nice to Have

- Industry Experience: Background in iGaming, fintech, or SaaS environments. - High-Volume Integration: Experience with multiple concurrent integrations. - Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle complex technical discussions and negotiations. - Programming Skills: Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash). - Leadership Potential: Opportunity to take on a leadership role.
