The role:

The Employee Experience Technician partners with the Internal HR team, Managers, and Technical Teams so every person joining the Vensure Family gets an exciting Day One. The IT Employee Experience Associate handles all New Hire tickets inside the ticket platform, sees setup through to completion, and keeps HR, Recruiting and managers informed on where each ticket stands.

What you will do:

* Lead with a customer first attitude at all times

* Keep the shared spreadsheet current for every team involved

* Update tickets and move the data across into the spreadsheets

* Coordinate with all teams involved on process updates and on changes to tickets and documents

* Serve as the liaison across all teams involved, recording every meeting and document

* Support newly hired users so their day one goes well

Requirements

Skills:

* 2-5 years in a team environment, able to speak clearly and concisely with people and management at multiple levels

* Able to write clearly and succinctly for different audiences, in either a formal or a more casual tone

* Produce outstanding documentation: SOP's, end user and multi team documentation

* Strong Excel and tracking skills

* Strong technical aptitude, picking up new concepts and tools fast

* Strong skills using technological tools (ADManager, Endpoint Central, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Power BI)

* Excellent writing and proofreading skills

* Excellent work ethic and strong intellectual curiosity

* Able to work fast, efficiently, and juggle several things at once

* Wants to innovate and improve current processes, and can do it
