VVIP Travel Agent, Media & Entertainment (Remote) Full-Time, London, United Kingdom Please Note: This Position Requires On-Call Availability 24/7.

As a VVIP Travel Agent in Media & Entertainment, you will

- Proficiently utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to meet client needs quickly and accurately. - Handle travel inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, text, WhatsApp, and others, ensuring top-tier VIP service. - Search, create, modify, and confirm intricate domestic and international travel bookings. - Serve as the main contact for high-profile, VVIP, and Media & Entertainment travelers, offering proactive travel advice and assistance. - Comply with client travel policies and provide tailored, solution-oriented recommendations. - Adhere to DOT, TSA, passport, visa, and immigration regulations for all travel requests. - Apply your deep knowledge of airline, hotel, rail, chauffeur, and car rental supplier rules and fare regulations. - Manage changes in schedules, handle disruptions, process ticket exchanges, reissues, refunds, and complex itinerary adjustments. - Monitor and track traveler movements and flight statuses, anticipate delays, cancellations, and operational issues to minimize their impact. - Offer immediate support and alternative travel solutions during irregular operations to ensure a smooth travel experience. - Maintain a 24-hour, 365-day service for VIP and high-profile travelers across different time zones. - Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, travel regulations, and supplier updates. - Ensure continuity of service for VVIP accounts during your coverage, including annual leave and increased workloads. - Be available to work in the London office when needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience serving VIP, VVIP, executive, Media & Entertainment, or celebrity travelers. - Advanced skills in both Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems. - Mastery in creating and managing reservations, including air, hotel, rail, car rental, private jet, and chauffeur bookings. - Expertise in ticketing, fare construction, exchanges, reissues, refunds, and Phase 4 quality control processes. - Ability to manage established VVIP accounts with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth service continuity and client confidence. - In-depth knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing requirements, and travel industry procedures. - Experience in tracking flights and managing travel disruptions in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to handle pressure calmly. - Flexibility to work in a 24/7, 365-day service environment, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and on-call support when required.
