What This Job Can Offer You

- Join Remote at a pivotal moment and contribute to the evolution of global employment practices as an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst, part of the Operational Risk team.

- You will play a crucial role in combating fraud and driving continuous improvement. This role involves conducting enhanced due diligence on complex and high-risk customers at both onboarding and ongoing intervals.

What You Bring

- Several years of experience in operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML, enhanced due diligence, and sanctions screening, ideally in financial services or fintech.

- Experience in performing EDD checks at onboarding and ongoing.

- Comfort with complex tasks; ability to summarize findings and present recommendations to decision-makers.

- Proven leadership in investigations and continuous improvement of due diligence processes; familiarity with compliance tools and vendor management.

- Ability to lead projects independently; proactive and eager to learn.

- Preferred to have relevant AML certification (e.g., ACAMS).

- Proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct EDD on customers across high-risk industries, including reviewing relevant export control and licensing regulations.

- Enhance due diligence processes, documentation, and supporting systems for clarity and traceability.

- Assist with regulatory changes and participate in cross-functional projects.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners, and second-line control functions.

- Lead continuous improvement efforts in tooling, SOPs, and policies.

- Contribute to specialized training and knowledge sharing.

- Engage stakeholders to raise the profile of compliance.

- Prepare data-driven internal management reports.

Practical Details

- You will report to: Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.

- Team: Compliance - Risk Operations.

- Location: Open to applications from all regions, with a preference for EMEA and AMER.

- Start Date: As soon as possible.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is €62,100-€69,900 EUR.
