As a Talent Scientist, you will collaborate closely with our Hiring Leaders to drive initiatives, automate processes, and share insights across the organization. This role is not about traditional recruitment; it focuses on the science of talent assessment and development, enhancing awareness and understanding of hiring practices within the business.

We are currently seeking mid-to-senior level Talent Scientists to join our team with the following qualifications:

- A strong passion for embedding scientific approaches to improve talent selection within organizations. - Proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques, including competency-based and psychometric assessments. - Exceptional analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and patterns using tools such as SQL, statistical analysis, or Python. - A robust academic background, ideally holding a BSc or MSc in a psychology-related field. - High levels of organization and self-motivation to thrive in a remote working environment.

Location: This is a fully remote position, specifically for candidates in the EMEA region.

What a day in the life of a Talent Scientist might look like:

- Utilizing talent analytics to provide real-time insights to the business, supporting efficient hiring processes. - Conducting in-depth behavioral interviews to gain deep insights into candidates' motivations and behaviors. - Building relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with our hiring goals, driving results and maintaining consistent operational processes. - Producing data-driven insights to strengthen our decision-making processes and support our hiring agenda. - Ensuring our employer brand is aligned with our values and the candidate experience is positive. - Streamlining hiring processes and tools to drive continuous improvement. - Collaborating with external partners to maximize our return on investment. - Advocating for diversity and inclusion, ensuring our hiring processes are free from unconscious bias.

What we seek in a Talent Scientist:

- A strong academic background, including a BSc or MSc in a psychology-related field. - Experience in the technology or consulting industries, particularly in talent acquisition. - A data-driven mindset with a track record of creating measurable outcomes. - A deep commitment to using scientific approaches to talent selection and a passion for predicting and measuring hiring outcomes. - Advanced analytical skills, particularly in SQL, Python, or advanced statistical analysis. - Familiarity with psychometric assessments and their interpretation. - Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, with the ability to train others. - High levels of self-motivation and organizational skills to succeed in a remote environment. - Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks at a time.

Other skills that would be advantageous:

- Experience in sourcing and headhunting, with the ability to teach senior leadership how to identify and attract top talent. - Knowledge of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, and predictive analytics. - Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, and Superset. - Understanding of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
