We are seeking a compassionate, meticulous, and proactive Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. As a key member, you will be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, courteous, and empathetic assistance. Beyond addressing immediate concerns, your role is to cultivate strong relationships, maintain customer loyalty, and provide outstanding experiences through various communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Address customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media promptly, professionally, and warmly.

* Listen attentively to customer issues, pinpoint the underlying causes, and offer clear, effective resolutions or escalate when necessary.

* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service concerns with patience, understanding, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.

* Work collaboratively with internal departments (operations, technical support, sales) to resolve intricate customer issues swiftly.

* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback within the CRM system.

* Follow up with customers proactively to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.

* Recognize recurring customer issues and propose process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles.

Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Soft Skills: High level of empathy, active listening, patience, problem-solving attitude, and stress resilience.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools.

Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
