Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and commercially oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our specialized recruitment team. The focus of this role will be on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for technical and engineering roles.

This is a direct communication role, requiring confidence in speaking directly with candidates, the ability to quickly establish a rapport, and the skill to evaluate candidates against specific job requirements.

You will collaborate closely with senior recruitment specialists to ensure a steady supply of high-caliber, pre-qualified candidates for both current and future openings.

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing

- Identify suitable candidates for key positions using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms. - Perform targeted Boolean searches and proactive candidate identification. - Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for designated markets, locations, sectors, and skill sets. - Locate passive candidates who could fit current or future job openings. - Undertake market mapping and talent research tasks when necessary.

Candidate Engagement

- Design and execute targeted candidate outreach strategies. - Actively engage candidates through phone calls, Microsoft Teams, and emails. - Initiate calls with potential candidates and foster a connection. - Introduce relevant job opportunities and spark candidate interest. - Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the engagement process.

Candidate Qualification

- Conduct structured candidate pre-screen and qualification interviews. - Evaluate candidate experience, technical background, and fit for specific roles. - Gain insight into candidate motivations, career goals, and reasons for considering a move. - Verify candidate availability, location, notice period, and compensation expectations. - Identify any potential issues or gaps in the recruitment brief. - Provide clear and accurate candidate summaries to senior recruitment specialists.

Consultant Support

- Pass on qualified candidates to senior recruitment specialists with pertinent information. - Work closely with consultants to understand job requirements and evolving priorities. - Incorporate consultant feedback into ongoing sourcing and qualification activities. - Assist consultants with the development of a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.

CRM & Administration

- Maintain precise candidate records and activities within the CRM system. - Document candidate conversations, qualification notes, and follow-up actions. - Ensure candidate data and contact information are accurate and current. - Regularly monitor and track sourcing, engagement, and qualification activities.

Essential Requirements Qualifications

- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, candidate delivery, or talent acquisition. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment tools. - Strong experience in direct candidate interaction and qualification calls. - Proven ability to assess candidate suitability based on defined job briefs. - Proficiency in Boolean search and candidate identification. - Background in technical, engineering, robotics, or specialized recruitment fields is a plus. - Familiarity with US or European recruitment markets is beneficial. - Fluent in English. - Ability to manage multiple job openings, candidate interactions, and priorities.
